All skin care makeup products are removed at bedtime each night. With different formulas for each skin type, you will find countless numbers to cleanse your skin. It’s easy to choose a cleanser that removes even makeup if you don’t wear heavy makeup. Another option is to use a makeup remover or oil in care makeup, as foundations and blushes often come easily with the many cleansers that are regular.
Either way, clean your face every time before bed and one more time in the morning. If you clean your face properly at night, your morning skin needs a gentle wash to remove sebum and sweat and prepare your face for makeup.
If you use a skin care water-based cleanser, moisten your face with warm water. If you use an oil-based cleanser, apply directly to dry skin.
Gently apply the cleanser in small circles on the face with your fingers or with a soft cloth, from the nose to the hair. Don’t forget to apply the skin care cleanser to your neck with gentle taps towards the jaw line. Be careful not to pull or stretch your skin while cleaning.
Rinse well with warm water. If you want to bathe or shower, apply your cleanser before going to the shower / tub to give it a few minutes to work on your skin.
Toning naturally restores the skin’s pH, providing a protective acid mantle that strengthens the skin. This helps remove any cleaning residue and reduces the size of the pores. Depending on your skin type, toners range from mild acidic formulations to high antiseptic formulas.
Soak a cosmetic pad in your toner and gently wipe your face from your nose and forehead. Don’t forget your neck. You can use cotton balls, but the cotton cosmetic pads are easy. You should avoid sensitive eye skin unless you use a very gentle toning formula that contains no alcohol or peroxide and removes oil and dirt from your brows.
Your skin needs to be protected from harmful UV rays. “Protect” is a two-step process. The first part of the process is to provide the skin with antioxidants and substances that help protect itself by maintaining natural protective enzymes. The second part provides sun protection.
If you are going to use an antioxidant vitamin / nutrient solution or serum, gently wipe the rest of your face, you can soak a cotton ball with your solution and apply it to your face, first stroking your “problem areas”. Apply on the neck in an upward motion. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions if you use commercial whey, which is an antioxidant.
As women age, their sebum production is natural. The skin needs internal hydration, it is external maintenance energy, freedom and integrity. Moisturizers also reduce the chance of technical damage to the skin, by reducing friction and by reducing the chance that your skin will stretch or tear on contact.
It is possible to protect and hydrate in a single action, but use a skin that provides vitamins C, E and A, and oils that provide moisture and oils. You can also provide your own antioxidant protection by applying nutritional vitamin / herbal solutions to your skin, and then using a moisturizing sunscreen. We will show you more about what to choose and how to use them in later chapters.
Apply the moisturizer lightly to maintain external movements. Apply on the neck in upward movements. Be careful not to stretch or stretch the skin. During the day, when your moisturizer still doesn’t have sunscreen, apply fat-free sunscreen to your face and throat, as your body’s skin will be exposed to sunlight.
As your epidermis grows and repairs, the outer layer of cells slips. To speed up this process and get fresh new cells at the bottom, it is recommended to exfoliate your skin once a week. Basically there are two ways to do this, mechanically and chemically. For a mechanical peel, you can use a good skin scrub, a microdermabrasion cream, or a loofah pad.
Chemically, you should use common preparations, such as glycolic acid peels, lactic acid peels, alpha-hydroxy, etc. Some skin cleansing formulas come with this step built into them. Your skin type often determines how it exfoliates and what method to use. Irritated epidermis may not appreciate intense scrubbing of technical scrubs with jits, eczema, or rosacea, and the chemical formula is more irritating than occasional use.
Old skin well damaged by the sun helps to remove damaged layers or stimulate the production of healthy collagen structures at deeper levels associated with the epidermis of the skin. Again, we will show you how often and how to regulate any exfoliation deposits.
Whichever formula you want to use; scrubs should reproduce in the same way as cleanser. If you are using a chemical through your skin, don’t “rub” your skin, let the chemicals work. If you use a scrub, apply a lot of light pressure and work with small circles. Again, be careful not to stretch or stretch your skin.
Most scrubs need the right amount of time to “work”. It is a good idea to apply exfoliants before bathing, keeping them under the shower, as this will help remove any residue that you may clean.
Facial masks are useful for some purposes, most of which are important for deep pore cleansing. The masks are also made for super hydration, increased circulation and perfect pleasure. The type of skin and the results determine the type of skin you use and how often. In general, it is advisable to wear a clay-based deep cleansing mask at least once a week.
Different cosmetic clays are used in these masks because they absorb impurities, dirt and dry sebum from each other’s pores, allowing the sebum to move clearly and smoothly, brightening the appearance of the skin, helping to prevent acne infections and improve skin texture. There are different types of clay masks for each type of skin.
Apply the mask gently and let dry. Most clay masks require 10 to 15 minutes to absorb all the impurities and debris that come from the pores. Gently rinse the mask with fingerprints. Again, it is a good idea to use them before going into the bathroom.
After using the mask, tone or exfoliate, protect and hydrate your epidermis.
In the morning:
Cleaning: remove sweat or sebum from your own epidermis.
Tone: Use the correct toner for your skin type. Using toner can make your makeup look smoother.
Moisture: Use an oil-free makeup moisturizer. The combination of moisturizer and oily base makes the face look sticky and oily in a matter of hours, even on dry, aged skin. If you don’t wear makeup, you can use Alier Moisturizer.
Safety: Absolutely Mandatory – Use at least 15 SPF Sunscreens a day (unless you work the graveyard in turn). Even dark skin is protected from harmful sun rays. Sun protection can also be found commercially at some foundations. If you use a moisturizer or foundation with a built-in sunscreen of at least 15 SPF, you will need to reapply it all day, you don’t need to add a special sunscreen.
Cleaning: Clean your skin thoroughly before going to bed at night. Remove all makeup and use a cleanser suitable for your skin type.
Hue: Use toner to remove the cleaning restoration and pH balance.
Protect: Allow your epidermis to soak in any serum that is antioxidant (can be combined with your moisturizer).
Moisturizer: Add to your skin any eye moisturizer with special moisturizers for epidermis.
